I was sitting on the edge of my seat as asteroids were being hurled at the spaceship all the while Being tricked into believing that a dead character was actually alive in the scene. Oh wait, wrong movie. This movie sucked.

One of worst space-based movies ever. Entire movie is predicated on Pitt's psychological well being and relationship with Dad and others. Not only was the plot so boring, but It was far too heavy for Brad Pitt's acting chops. His emotion was as devoid as the space he traveled. My wife and I often found ourselves laughing at the wrong times, such as when Pitt contorted his face in attempt to show deep emotion. The boring plot was also completely ridiculous and implausible, as were the very few "action" scenes that caused my wife and I to repeatedly laugh. The ending....more, much more, of the same.
