The writing is really bad. She's far too dramatic at times, and I think this movie takes itself too serious. The outfits are all, let's be honest, ugly. The time is apparently 1684 or something and the outfits are just- bad. Not historically accurate. I hate the daughters bridal dress too it's so ugly. Really ugly. It looks like if I were going to some party or maybe even a bridesmaids dress. She doesn't look like a bride. I hate that one outfit where she like breaks all the instruments. It's absolutely horrendous. If you wanted to do a no sleeve thing, do it better, because that was not it. Do something different with her hair even. This movie is literally a waste of money. I wonder just how much money they spent on costume design alone. I would assume not alot, because they're all ugly. The actors themselves aren't bad. Also the daughter isn't ugly either, she's really pretty, I blame it on the costume designers.
