B positive has turn into the worst place to donate. The receptionist and phlebotomist are the only people that actually do their jobs the right way. They have all these unqualified managers that don't deserve their jobs. They don't defer anyone even people that fight or argue the donors bring their own chairs bikes and food in their like the live there. There is no structure, no security they train new workers on the busy days which then make your donation take almost an entire day. They let go their best people I guess they don't like to promote from within. It's a very toxic and unorganized business. They even made it harder for referrals. I'll never tell anyone to not go I think everyone should go there to get their own experience. But mark my words you leave there very dissatisfied and disappointed.
