The entire show is basically a gaslighting campaign that obviously paints home lander and his supporters as Republicans and try’s to gaslight that the bozos trying to kill homelander aka democrats are the saints when we come back to reality we have a democrat administration that gaslights the American people everyday that everything is ok and we have a racist president calling blacks negros as sitting U.S. president and a party trying to imprison their biggest political opponent. So I guess for a 5th wall break the writers intentions for the show are ironically similar to real life (gaslight the American population that one side is evil).
