The idea of this story is good, but poorly written with pointless scenarios, and logical reasoning. The 1st season is filled with slow pointless character building in an attempt to add drama, to then kill characters off with no real emotional connection. The 2nd season improved by speeding things up but still added pointless story, and just couldn’t justify these vastly more advanced aliens incompetents to take over humanity.
