The emperor, I am afraid, has no clothes. What a huge waste of time. Suspenseful yes but the shaggiest dog of an ending that just makes you want to pull your teeth out. (Snark). Characters you can’t sympathize with or want to know. How this reached such high regard is beyond comprehension. If this is what’s passing as literature then it does not bode well for our culture. Skip it. Take a walk instead. It’ll make you feel better.
