Not even ten minutes in and I hate it. My beloved Matthew is awkward and quiet. Not funny and social. And the Marilla, Rachel and Matthew are too young. That’s a strange remark I know but they older in the books. I’ll just stick to the 1979 adaptation 1985 adaptations and Anne with an E.
