My wife has been vegetarian for 40 years plus me for about 3. We both love Matt and Saturday Kitchen but don't get this.
We find it confusing at times mixing veggie and vegan, no problem for us but not so for vegans.
A few good ideas but not many.
A shame we were looking forward to this.
