Harry Davis

I love Maniac Mansion. The premise, the characters, the set, the writing were all first rate due in no small part to Eugene Levy's skills. I especially love Harry the Fly since he is my namesake! The character playing the full-grown 4 year old was a perfect choice. Harry's wife was always a hoot with her jealousy of Harry's fly-life. The father [the scientist] and the mother were perfectly cast and added a homey feeling along with their two older children. I felt that I was part of their life. The set was remarkable - I loved that house and always wanted one just like it - sadly not to be. I'm 70 now and have Maniac Mansion in my movie collection. I'm going to get it out today and rewatch the whole series!
