I'm not sure why these two even set out on this experiment. One of them, at least, makes it very obvious they don't feel they have to improve anything. So, if a book has a theme that goes against baseline opinion, she isn't open to the idea.
I enjoyed part 1 where they talked about what self help books actually helped. Then, it went downhill into them complaining. Part 2 they are not open minded at all. They show they really have strong opinions, hate certain ideas for self help before they try them. Then, they say they are already good at knowing themselves that they don't need that self help recommendation.
Wish they were more open minded. A few topics they started out reading that book already knowing they weren't going to like the concept.
