I wish to thank you all for report on plastic surgery done Mexico, Matamoros . We lost a niece due to a Brazilian Butt lift procedure. She was in so much pain and pain meds were administered into the wrong tubing/ location and those meds traveled to her brain. She was transferred to Brownsville,Tx only to come home to American soil to die. Thank you and I hope those so called clinics are permanently closed
