Jackie Rubin

I listened to this book and was overwhelmed at how well the author captured each character’s voice so perfectly, especially given the many different accents including Scottish, British, and the different voices of India. What an incredible job making the characters come alive. His lyrical descriptions and depth of knowledge on so many subjects is overwhelming. Basically, this is the story of India and the people who inhabit it. Dr. Vergese has once again produced a masterpiece. And after having heard the book I am now looking forward to reading it.
