Dea Invictus

I went into this movie not knowing what to expect because of the lack of quality the MCU has been providing for the last year and a half or so, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of depth, nuance and great pacing. It ends on a note that both hints at another movie and also subverts your expectations in a refreshing way of which lately the MCU has been severely lacking with its perpetual comfort zone of super hero vs villain tropes. I'm not a movie expert but after the dreck that we've been getting since Loki, it's nice to see an mcu movie done right again. While I whole heartedly disagree with capitalizing on the death of an actor, this movie was a respectable dedication to Chadwick.

As someone who loves sci-fi and played the mass effect trilogy several times over, this game is like a combination of witcher and mass effect, albeit with combat that can be frustrating at times. The story and characters are good and the world building doesn't get enough credit. It's not the most amazing ground breaking rpg in the world, but it's definitely worth playing if you want to scratch that sci-fi rpg itch.
