Some things should have been stretched for more movie detail on the characters for people who haven’t seen dragon ball before. BUT this is the best anime action to date! Great movie and so exciting and badass! Rotten tomatoes and meta critic aren’t even reliable anymore when understanding the viewers value of a movie so ignore them as always. Fantastic movie!!!
