A wannabe 'brilliant' doctor trying her best to unshackle herself to freedom. The mischievous smile and the lipstick rouge on her cheeks is an ode to love in spring. But the background chant of freedom in a love-lost society of jingoistan is the masterly work of a director who takes the movie to another level.
