I went in with low expectations, but I left having enjoyed the film. While the movie was never meant to be lore accurate, if that's a thing for sonic these days, the writers seem to have at least done their research from the Archie
comics and the games. I'm now waiting in anticipation for the film to come out on DVD/Blu-ray and for its hinted sequel.
