Just finished Wandavision... I have to admit, it was heartbreaking in a lot of ways... Hopeful in a lot of ways as well... I won't spoil anything, but you should watch it even if you're not a huge fan of the MCU... It's themes and storylines deal with the effects of grief and trauma on mental health in a way that's actually relatable over a wide spectrum of people and conditions, though in an allegorical storyline, as Marvel often does with social issues...
I highly recommend it, especially if you or a loved one have dealt with PTSD, BPD, and or MDD.... Even if you've never seen an MCU film before.... It stands alone fairly well.
Depending on what you've been through, either personally or through loved ones, it can honestly be hard to watch sometimes, but it's light enough to not beat you over the head to the point of breaking.
