I’m giving this book 4 stars because there are so many things I love about it but I’m not convinced that the written recipes in weight and volume are entirely accurate. I know how to measure ingredients properly but the two cakes I’ve made so far (although they’ve been delicious) have been lacking in a perfect texture. I made the grapefruit white chocolate cake and the flavours were perfect together and tasted great but the cake was too moist and it wasn’t because of under baking….So I will keep working through this book but I will be a bit more careful and maybe try to tweak some of the measurements. Having said all this I love how easy the method is for every cake and the creative flavour combinations are awesome and very approachable, no ingredient is outta this world, which I like! I do recommend this book!
