I watched this movie yesterday in PVR. After a very long time I went to watch it because of those childhood memories associated with the movie, like other 90's kid. When I went I did not have much hope seeing critics review. But it is beautiful to watch, it creates the magic again. The movie in the beginning does not focus much introducing Tara and Sakeena , because we already know them. It was focused on Jeetey, their Son. But Tara Singh and Sakeena's love is still the same. The old song ' ke Ghar aa ja Pardesi' will give you nostalgia, it is used multiple times. New songs are also beautiful, you would enjoy even when you would be hearing it first time. The audience, after along time was very excited. Clapping, whistling, hooting was there through out of the movie.
Generally second part are not great after a long gap. However this movie connects to first part and keep the soul alive.Gadar Part1 can not be recreated but Part2 was also beautifully crafted. Enjoy this movie in theater. It will make you laugh at multiple times, it will make you feel immotional and also their is action too as expected. The lenght could have been little shorter,it gets little dragged at the end.Rest everything is fine. The best part is no character waa replaced by other actors.
