It was an ok good movie, but i couldn't reconcile the morality of the main character taking a chance that an ai would always have humanities best interests. The ai weapon should have been destroyed after it was deactivated.l, or simply when 1st sighted The entire movie plot was dependant on ineptitude

Very, very dissappointed. We are supposed to be watching a mission to potentially save earth, and make first contact, yet the crew is made from a highschool drama club. The sjw spin is nauseating. No professional behavior, no military, even the general is always dressed in civilian garb....and as far as i can tell thats the military presence. just emotional snowflake after emotional snowflake. Nothing cerebral in this show. Sakkoff is the only character of any weight and frankly speaking another life is a substantial fall for her from her performance on Battlestar Galactica

It's a good story, fast pace and a welcome departure from hum drum
