Another fabulous album by Mr Hayes the 'Black Bomber' of Soul. His deep moody,sexy voice captures the very essence of what Stax label stood for.Best tracks are 'Ike's Mood/ You've lost that Loving Feelin / The Look of Love.' An 11 minute epic version of this well known song.🎵

Composer,writer,musician,actor.He stands up there with the best male Soul greats. Such as Marvin Gaye,Bobby Womack Temptations, Curtis Mayfield. This LP on a monster Sound system sounds fabulous. ☆☆☆☆☆

The Temptations in the early70's took on a sound inspired by Norman Whitfield.This album typyfies that Funky Pychedelic Soul infused sound .🎵 Happy People,The Prophet, A Song for You,Memories are all stand out tracks. The rest of the album is pretty damn good as well.
Dennis Edwards powerfull Soul voice gave the Temptations a funky modern feel. The other two remaining members Melvin Franklin and Otis Williams .
Temptations have always been a band with a diverse singing range and are the true masters of boy band harmonics. There are not many male bands since who can eclipse them.
If you love ❤️ a real Funky ,Pychedelic Soul Sound all the Temptations early 70"s albums are fantastic. 'All Directions /Solid Rock/Masterpiece/1990.☆☆☆☆☆

Another blinding early 70's Temptations album a mixture of Pychedelic Soul and ballads .I Need You is a lovely track full of harmonics.1990 tital track is a heavily influenced political track.Zoom is a monster 13-42 minute track full of space and dimension. Norman Whithead mark on this album as with earlier 70"s Temptations albums is very influenceal.

This album after decades of Johnny Osbourne making music is up there with his 70's &80's material. There are a few old tracks reinvigorated such has Kiss Somebody,In Your Eyes which have been invigorated with an up beat tempo.
Strange,Trust No One,Angel in my Arms,Right time is Roots Rockers at its very best.The musical ability and the production of the album is really topnotch.
How does an old legend pull such a legend off.Its a 2023 Masterpiece. ☆☆☆☆☆
