This game is really good and I think the majority of hate it gets is completely unwarranted because people are either upset that it isn’t exactly like the Arkham games or they’re mad that you have to kill Batman when that’s literally the whole point of the game. I can understand being saddened by the fate of a character but that can’t completely sway your opinion of something. That being said, this game provides a really fun outlet for a run-and-gun with your friends. The whole idea behind the suicide squad is that they’re a ragtag group who are just trying to survive and figure out their new roles and they captured that very well in this game. The comedy is on point and I find myself regularly laughing while playing and progressing through the story. A game was made and it is a lot of fun to play, with fairly complex characters, and a good but tragic story that you can enjoy with friends. I’m not sure when people went from playing games to have fun to playing games to be extremely critical of them but this game has a lot of content to explore and I think it is 100% worth the investment.
