It’s at first confusing as to why Pine, who has killed a supposedly evil scientist is now being hunted and who are these men attempting to do so? The reasons come into focus as the plot unfolds And his best friend, who got him into it he feels betrayed him. In the end they come together to defeat the man who hired them both because someone wanted the scientist dead due to his charitable act of giving away an important vaccine to the public, when they would rather profit from it. In the meantime there’s plenty of action & killing. Pine seems to be a Superhero, making it thru all that! Yet he’s rather cold hearted toward the very family left alone by having killed the scientist, for which he eventually realizes was wrong. Not an easy task for an actor to pull off, yet he does so quite naturally with very fine method acting. Bravo!
