Bungie knocked it out of the park with this one. Yes the campaign was fantastic and might I add quite a challenge on Legendary. However more kudos to the team for the insane variety of activities on the new map zone. The refreshed bounties and patrols system has proven super interesting and engaging. Then you factor in all of the post-campaign content including quests and the new exotic mission, and the genuinely great new guns, new enemies, pathfinder systems… I’m finding it hard to have any issues with it. I’m already a Destiny devotee but this has had the wife and I totally enthralled and engaged. Additionally the new Echos episode content has proven very good so far, with tons to do and challenging activities that I’m yet to beat (Enigma Protocol). Anyway, props to Bungie. Looking forward to a great year of content and fun!
