Sometimes you watch a movie and every time you think of it you feel some amount of joy. I just saw Patema and coming away from it reminded me of coming away from a movie like Christopher Nolan's Inception. Sure, it can get a little confusing and certain areas can fall flat at times, but the classic romance and surprising ending did it for me! I'll have to watch again to fully grasp Yoshiura's work of art!
