I am very surprised that there is no consideration for parking a car or motor bike As I know of many people who have spent more money on there cars than the cost of these apartments and give a great value on a man cave as well as entertaining Yes it may not be the main stream but there is a market for that Please look wider than mainstream there are many people who want more than just a living room
