Just awful. Alba is as hot as she always was but still cannot act. This whole portrayal and story is like a low budget Swayze script from the 80s he would have passed on with a woke gender reversal. Asking for some Alba sexualizing could have least given it two stars but there's nothing sexy about this mess.

If it had made up it's mind what kind of movie this was going to be it would have been better. Too dramatic for kids and not fun enough for adults. If it was a Hallmark movie I'd get it.

Mel Brooks would have done better but this was a mess. Not so much as not one laugh throughout but more the reason why this was even made at all.
