Although the leaders of the Donghak Peasant Revolution and other figures during the downfall of Joseon Kingdom were on the sidelines, it shows the viewers the effects of blindly collaborating with a foreign power which I liked the most while watching the show. It is more relevant in today's world politics especially in nations that are crumbling in the inside.
