Luci in the sky is just horrible, u cant convince me otherwise. i ordered my dress weeks ago and it said it would be here by the 4th-14th. it’s now the 9th and it hasn’t even shipped yet. do not say u can get something here by a certain date, and have it not even ship. the costumer service is horrible. i emailed them once and then twice a week later, and i only got a response to the second email. they are rude and honestly couldn’t care less if you get ur dress or not. don’t promote your company as a great place to buy homecoming dresses when you cant even get them out intime for everyone’s homecoming. PLUS you can only return for store credit which absolutely blows my mind. they do it because they KNOW no one will get their dresses and have to return them, and most people probably won’t order from them again. it’s free money in their pocket.
