This is a great game. I've played it for over 5 years. I didn't spend any money on it for the longest time, but at some point started buying some tanks to support the developers. there's a lot of strategy involved and they have a lot of events to earn premium tanks(ones that you can buy with real money). The only pay to win aspect comes with premium ammo(purchased with a lot of in game credits) which can give a little extra penetration and premium consumables which give small boosts, but come at the sacrifice of a fire extinguisher. I actually do not think it's pay to win. If players are about even then yes the one that pays money will perform better, but if you're even a little better than you're opponent you'll beat them with or without the premium items.
