Personally love having a location to store all my Pokémon aswell as build my shiny collection over the years but this product is not managed well at all.
For a paid service on top of the games, the service doesn’t offer updates for connectivity to the main series games and we often time have to wait several months after the game release before it works with the series. ILCA themselves offer 0 customer service to the fan base with a bare minimum product that could be improved so much. There isn’t even Pokédex models for the Pokémon that have been the same since X and Y released so it works for the purpose of storing your mons but the company should be more forthcoming on their release schedule/ quality control.
Scarlet and violet have been out for over 5 months and we haven’t had an update on when home will be connected since February where we were told “Early 2023” and now being 5/4/23 we still haven’t gotten any sort of update on a release date. Blatant disregard for the fan base and irritation on the consistent silence of the company and gamefreak. The fans would be happy with waiting a few months without home but at least offer an accurate timeline estimate and/or updates of any kind
