I like Reese, not a fan of Ashton but went in with an open mind. The son did a good job, the sidekicks were entertaining, but the plot was ridiculous. These people had a one-night stand, he dumps her and then they become best friends for 20 yrs? I don't buy it. They needed to show HOW that happened, not just say that it did. And the NY book publisher was sultry, I couldn't believe that she'd give him up for drab wooden Ashton's character. I am not familiar with that actor, Jesse Williams, but he was good.
