You'll love this if you haven't seen the original cartoon series. You're gonna wanna stay away if you're a true ATLA fan. I don't want to be too pessimistic because I know they really tried hard with this adaptation, but it just didn't work for me. The casting was close, but it doesn't seem to mesh well with the CGI. Something feels off The lighting just seems too dark for what ATLA should be. Yes, the world is grim but there was always so much more wonder in the cartoon despite the state of the world. At the end of the day, I do appreciate them for trying but I couldn't make it through the first 3 episodes before I switched back to the original series that is already on Netflix
