Very boring film. Doesn't really go anywhere. Very stationary with the plot all in one place the entire film. Very dialogue heavy, struggled to become attached to any characters. A big shame there was so many great actors. Really disappointed as I watched in a rooftop cinema could have been one of the best nights of my life...

Such a great movie and definitely for all ages not just kids. The way so many mario games from the past have been threaded into this film is amazing. It really got me hyed when I was screaming for mario and luigi to spin bowser around they what happens in mario 64. A real nostalgia trip in some places and I would highly recommend to anyone who grew up playing any mario games!
