Ok, imma be as brutally honest as i can but this is probably the most dissapointing anime i've seen to date. I love the concept of it but with the horribly rushed story, lack of character development, and killing off important characters left and right, i couldn't really feel any sort of attachment to anyone or know what was going on in the story. I wish they took time to better develop characters, take their time to explore more of the story, and give us time to truly connect to characters before killing them off. With how much this show had to offer, they could've easily stretched this series out to a few seasons. That would've given time for us to connect to the characters, follow the story better, and make us feel emotional when a fan favorite characters died. On top of this, the relationship between Mine and Tatsumi felt a little forced and it would've also been nice if that got explored too like in the manga. Alot of the fights felt underwhelming as well especially between Akame and Kurome. It's not a bad anime by any means, it's just a dissapointing one. It had soo much potential to be a top tier anime.
