To the entire cast and crew of the Barbie movie, Thank You!!!!! Special thanks to the writers. The film was beautifully written and wonderfully made. Gloria’s epic monologue is so powerful because it includes all of the constant thoughts and feelings of every woman. This movie has every element of a great film; action, adventure, drama, comedy, and so much more. Ten minutes into the movie I went from liking it to loving it. I turned to my daughter and said, “now I know why you wanted to see this movie.” I’m so glad I changed my mind about seeing the film. I misjudge it based on how it’s being promoted, but mainly because I’m not a huge fan of Barbie, the doll. I was the little girl who made a weird Barbie by cutting her hair, taking crayons and marking her face. Also, making her perform all types of action stunts. No matter what you think of the doll, go see the movie, you will love it!!!
