One of the very best things I’ve ever watched, definitely top 3. It’s an absolutely fascinating story with a top tier cast, the action is among the best I’ve ever seen due to the authentic nature of it and none of the usual CGI nonsense. The characters and story’s are amazing and what makes it even better is that they are based on real life heroes. I have a 15 year old son and I made him watch it to better understand WW2 and he said it’s the best thing he’s ever watched. It should be compulsory to watch in history lessons in my opinion for children to understand the magnitude and sacrifice of WW2 and that war isn’t like a call of duty game. An absolute cinematic masterpiece, if they ever decided to put it in the cinema again I would pay large amounts of money to watch it as it would be crazy to watch in the cinema If you haven’t watched it already, I beg you to watch it. If nothing else it might teach you about the great sacrifices made during WW2, but I’m sure that it will thrill you and emotionally hit you in equal measure
