I watched the dubbed into English version, which turned it into a comedy. A number of the characters sound a great deal like John Wayne. Combined with the over the top facial expressions, it made for great viewing

I have enjoyed some of her other titles, but not this one. Full of unlikable characters and unbelievable events. Turtles on Prozac move faster. By the time the story gets even part of the way it's headed, the reader is beyond boredom. Why say it in 10 words when 100 will do? Truly the literary equilivant of watching paint dry.

If they had just shot the book, it would have been amazing. I have re-read it several times, there's always something you missed. This jumbled up train wreck bears minimal resemblance. Killing off Katrina Bratt, introduced here, but becoming increasingly more important in subsequent Harry Hole books is a stumper. Don't see how to successfully adapt another tale without her
