HORRIBLE ! THEY STOLE FROM ME! I paid for my flight and also paid for AIG insurance to cancel my flight at any time. Well that insurance is a joke! someone has to pretty much be in the hospital to qualifty to cancel your trip. Then since i decided to go forward and keep my booking i received an advertisement from Frontier about saving money by purchasing a bundle package for my bags/seats. I decided to check that out. Before i checked out for the $248 Frontier had an advertisement on that page that showed.....$248 due, minus $200 credit so total due today for only $48 if I apply now for a Frontier Mastercard! So i applied and was accepted. Then i receive an email that my credit card will arrive in 7-10 days and my balance i owe will be $248!!! I immediately called the company Barclays who Frontier uses as their credit card and they said that was an Adverstisement that Frontier puts up . I then called Frontier and they said that is an Advertisement that Barclays promotes. LIARS! They scammed me into applying for a credit card thinking i was saving but its false. Also i cant even cancel my flight because their insurance is a joke! HORRIBLE airline!! I'm dreading my upcoming trip with this company.
