There's a reason why modern day movies don't have children as their main actors/actresses. It plays very badly. It's less engaging when I have believe that a set of 4 youngsters save the world. This isn't an anime. I'm sure cast had prominent roles in the past but this movie should have been casted with adults. This could have been an action-packed thriller like Greenland.

I put it to 1 star because the woman at the end just left the men to die a horrible death after they saved her..... kind of reminds me of the movie with the robot and the secret underground home. The robot leaves the man in a box to die a terrible and slow death to go explore the open.

I'll put it as a 5 star rating. I don't know a good rating. I wasn't bored of the movie. It was an excellent portrayal or should I say fore-shadowing event time-period. I'd say ignore the pro-hater movie film wannabes. You can tell they have nothing fun in their life. This is a old film so expect something that wouldn't be relatable in the late 2020s. Quite pathetic from the negative reviews. This is a good watch. If I had to pay for this movie I would but I pirated it instead. All in all, it's worth a watch if you enjoy post-apocalyptical genres.
