Two Ushers named Sam and Ian looked after my daughter and I exceptionally well, took us aside to some seating and told us where we needed to go once the doors opened, we should have gone down in the lift to door 6, but, we were ushered to door 6 on the Mezzanine level and I had no choice but to climb several steps, even after protesting, I was in pain in my legs after this. Where we were seated we could not see the judges, could barely see the artists and in the row in front of us were 3 little girls under the age of ten that continually stood up on their seats and we saw nothing. A very disappointing experience overall. Will watch on tv in the future. Many people with disabilities were complaining to ushers, we were advised the Manager would come and speak with us but that never happened.
