This is Tomb Raider style gameplay with the dodging combat and save system straight out of Dark Souls. I’m about 6 hours in and it’s already the best Star Wars game of this decade. I haven’t read a review as the embargo hasn’t lifted yet, but if you like dodge and timing based combat with a really well executed story, and you’re a Star Wars fan, I’d say pick this one up. It’s very good looking too. There’s obvious Respawn tropes in there (wall running, specifically), but they don’t make bad games. The lightsaber combat is very satisfying when you feel yourself getting better at it. I’m sure you’ll feel like a god halfway through the game at this rate of progression. I’ve already gotten 3 skill points and I haven’t even reached level 1 yet. First 6 hours: 8/10
