My gut told me not to watch this, as the trailer looked ridiculous, but I couldn't find anything else. I wish I had listened to my gut. This is one of the most predictable and clichéd horror movies I've seen in a while. The story is extremely weak and the script isn't much better. The over abundance of really bad cgi is the cherry on top. The ending made absolutely no sense. Just another 1 hr 45 min of my life I'll never get back.

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars and not 1, is because I'm a big fan of Elsa Pataky. I think she's an amazing actress and she's definitely built for action flicks. Giver her a good movie, with a good script and director, and she would be amazing. Unfortunately this movie was not it. This was like watching one of those B films that would've gone straight to video, that no one ever knew it was being made, and never found about it until it aired on late night cable. The script is really bad, the fight scenes are filmed poorly, and the cgi is not good. Also, there was absolutely no need for Chris Hemsworth to be in this. As much as I love his movies, him being in this comes off as Elsa only getting the role because he made a cameo. She's a good enough actress that she doesnt need him to be in it. She just needs to be given a lead role in a great movie to show what she can really do on her own.
