My husband and I were fans of the first justified and were excited to watch another version of Justified. The racial component didn’t make sense. Raylan was a white man in a predominantly black city but his whiteness seems to be a problem, so it becomes the viewer’s problem. Over and over… The daughter aspect makes no sense. She seems to be the one in charge. When she speaks, she’s unintelligible. Turning up the television to understand what she said got old quickly. She can’t act and her lack of intelligence and lack of common sense wasn’t believable. The white guy is the racist in a city mostly black and run by black people. It’s just too much and very insulting to the viewer. 2 episodes was all we needed to cancel the recording. When the show you’re watching is more frustrating than enjoyable, it’s time to call it quits.
