This was worth watching, I've been watching and reading the biographies of the famous people of my era. I'm a few days older than Demi Moore and grew up in LA. The documentary of the Super Models, Brooke Shields, the Go Go's (who I used to see at the Whiskey), Rob Lowes book. I thought fame at that time led to a "Happily ever after."
Those John Hughes films were really relatable at the time, my now adult kids even loved them.
But in the end, these were kids who reached uber fame really young and got labeled. I always tell people, fame seems like an unnatural thing.
Absolutely loved Demi Moore & Rob Lowes perspectives! I didn't expect that. They transitioned from it just fine and were grateful for the opportunity.
I've always cheered this group on, I never thought the Brat Pack label was a bad one? I thought it was a twist on the Rat Pack and these "kids" owned Hollywood at the time.
I'll admit, a little disappointed that Molly Ringwald and Judd Nelson declined. Not because I was looking forward to hearing what they had to say, just that if Linda Evangelista can be in that documentary for all she's gone through & these guys can't be bothered kind of showed poor form.
Off to watch some 80's movies!!
