Greyhound customer service is horrible & the policy with greyhound is horrible!!! I needed to change my ticket the bus left at 9:40, I called & went online at 9:45 and they refused to reschedule my ticket, took my money & now have to pay again!!! I will walk before I ever book greyhound again!!!
