Could not put this book down. Beautifully written and heartbreaking story that hit very close to home…having grown up in a similar coal mining community in northeastern PA. The characters may be fictional but the story is sadly, all too true and a must read for those who want or need to understand the devastating impact that big pharma’s legalized opioid drug pushing has had on America’s most vulnerable communities.
