Paulo Amaral

Another quick cut and wacky camera movement action film that doesn't give a good reason to care about any of the characters or setting. The story of one man dismantling a secretive and/or government organization has been done a lot better many other times with much more coherent action scenes.

A bit of mindless action, political commentary, and a soap opera that just doesn't mix well. None of the stakes feel real, aside from one fake out death, which cancels its self out. The main characters tragic suffering at the hands of her own colleagues is the only compelling part that seems to be lost in an other wise absurd series of events and bland, boring supporting characters. About as well thought out as a nuclear defense base with a self destruct button.
