My first film review as I strongly felt the need to contribute in any small way to get the word accross. Was expecting a partly filled theatre at a minimum, but was totally taken aback to see a fully empty theatre yesterday, to such a beautiful movie. A must watch for every Indian - both adult and child alike to understand hard reality at work sometimes, in the most unfortunate fashion. R. Madavan brought the character to Life without fine tuning much or with add-ons to carve out a “hero” in the making. Took the audience through a spectacular journey of the scientist’s life both uphill and downhill. Brilliant efforts to deliver the impact of specific political interferences in quite a subtle style - left to the one’s own imagination to calculate and decipher as appropriate, while not omitting the essence as may be observed in certain “feel good” or “politically correct” movies. Loved the interim indications and effects introduced to steer the audience into an anticipated mood and retaining the attention flow intact, from beginning to end.
Please watch this at the theatre to get the best effect. A brilliant Director… wish to see more of these. Well done 👏👏👏
