I don't for one minute believe they have the right man in jail. I firmly believe Dan Cavanaugh did it, he acted like he thought the whole thing was funny and wants to watch what was his friend die during the execution? He has mental problems. Besides which this case needs an appeal granted. There was a lot of problems with the prosecution and their attitude and lack of evidence except for a cell phone off the grid in the area of the graves. They are grasping at straws and hiding real evidence. Also a new trial should be granted on the defense team being incompetent and not doing a proper job. One was sick all the time with an undocumented illness he could not even explain and the other one could not defend a person accused of jay walking. Very inadequate defense and I used to work for a prosecutor and we have thrown out cases with more evidence than this. There never should have been a guilty verdict on a person's life with this amount of evidence and such a poor defense team.
